Receptionist/ Administrator in Neath Port Talbot

My client in Port Talbot is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.
A well as all day to day receptionist duties you will be tasked with general administration duties for the company. Including some document control and excel spreadsheets.
Duties include greeting visitors and answering and forwarding calls, handling queries from customers, managing mail and posting, scheduling appointments and meeting times, inputting sales orders and invoices to the system and using excel, some PA duties including diary management for Directors and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared for meetings.
You will have experience working in a similar role, be able to work front of house and have a professional and friendly manner. You will have strong IT skills and be able to work full time Monday - Friday.
