My exciting and growing client based in Baglan are seeking a stock/ purchasing administrator to join their friendly team.
You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, manufacturing experience is an advantage for this role.

Responsibilities for this role includes forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock, submitting purchase details to internal databases. Placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed for the business. You will be in charge of supply chain for the business including negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers. Controlling manufacturing and delivery processes. Planning and implementing logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met. overseeing product storage, handling and distribution. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work at a fast pace accurately. You will have fantastic communication skills and come with excellent computer skills. Coming form a manufacturing business previously would be an advantage. But you must have experience working as an administrator and having worked with stock and shipping is a hugely advantageous for this role.
