Work Wales are looking for someone to deliver proactive and responsive sales support - collectively working towards the achievement of set targets and raising the profile of our clients portfolio of services.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


·Work collaboratively as a team to offer an exceptional central Employer Engagement Hub service for all internal and external business training needs enquiries.

·Deliver volume based quality customer calls daily, guiding new and existing customers - with the aim of establishing a meeting for colleagues or converting directly to a client.

·Work collaboratively and independently to deliver the sales targets established by the management team and focus on securing consumers.

·Deliver outstanding customer service on both outbound and inbound calls with a focus on driving employer engagement and sales targets - to include researching appropriate companies, responding to referrals from across the business, replying to queries, sharing information, managing data and distributing comprehensive referrals.

·Gather and share Labour Market Intelligence and feedback demands from employers which may influence future curriculum planning.

·Develop remote relationships with Employers and referrers - updating referral forms and CRM with relevant information to share with colleagues

·Represent the company at a variety of promotional and networking events - collating contacts and reporting back to Hub.

·Liaise with the Head of Employer Development and Engagement Hub Manager to contribute to Sales Plans specifically designed to support achievement of targets - aligned with the Marketing, Communications and Digital Plans.


·Contribute to the recruitment of attendees at business events and marketing material to support business development activities.


·Prepare and present strategies and output reports as appropriate.

OTHER TASKS
1.Comply with all Policies & Procedures, keeping abreast of any changes and updating practice and/or systems to ensure continued compliance.

2.Ensure that all aspects of the Financial Regulations are followed.

3.Contribute to and represent the overall vision and values of the company.

4.To flexibly respond to the needs of the business and to provide an effective service to our learners and other stakeholders.
