My client working within the construction industry based in Bridgend are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator/Administrator to join their busy and growing team.
In order to be successful in this role you must be confident and have excellent administration and organisation skills.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
·Maintaining and developing efficient records management systems for the projects
·Liaising with clients, taking and dealing with sales enquiries and orders
·Costing and quoting projects in conjunction with field sales reps
·Liaising with surveyor to ensure programme requirements can be met
·Raising purchase orders
·Coordinating deliveries with installations departments
·Carrying out cost analysis upon completion of projects
·Raising invoices using Sage Line 50
·Opportunity to learn Sage 50 payroll
You must have excellent time keeping and the ability to work to strict deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment.
You must also have excellent communications skills, the ability to work as part of a team but also be able to use your own initiative and manage your own workload.
