Office Manager in Pontyclun

To manage the resources of the Internal Sales Department to ensure the efficient and effective liaison between the customer and the various factory departments, from first enquiry to delivery of finished goods, to optimise customer support, maximise sales opportunities and build customer loyalty.
Your main tasks in this role will be to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times, develop and maintain positive customer relationships, management of the sales office function to maximise teamwork. As well as to liaise and co-ordinate commercial activities with the operational areas of the business including Planning, Production, Warehouse and Distribution. Personally, manage existing key accounts, develop team targets and KPIs and monitor individual performance against agreed objectives. You will be responsible for Developing and mentoring the team to maximise their potential, Lead the recruitment process to expand the internal team in line with the growth of the business, production of statistics including data analysis and performance measurement
To be successful for this role you will have excellent organisational skills, come with demonstrable experience of successful account management of large, complex customer organisations. The ability to create and deliver clear presentations to customers and colleagues, be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation, you will have good attention to detail with strong administrative skills, proven experience of involvement in continuous improvement initiatives to identify business improvements.
You will also have strong leadership skills, be IT literate including Microsoft package and sage (not essential) You will be able to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure. Have experience working within a customer service/ sales environment.
