Administrator in Swansea

My client based in Swansea are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis.
This position requires strong planning and organisational skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
The role will involve:
·Processing all paperwork and documentation
·Meeting strict deadlines
·Answering phone calls and taking bookings and able to deal with all enquiries in an efficient manner including via email and face to face contact Support and assist in the ongoing development of our internal procedures
·Small amount of Reception duties
·Setting up and clearing down meeting rooms
·Any other general admin duties, including scanning, photocopying and printing
In order to be successful within this role you will need:
·Ability to use various IT systems with strong skills in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
·Ability to communicate effectively with other departments to ensure all training is properly planned and co-ordinated
·The ability to Work well under pressure and independently or as part of a team
The salary for the position is £17,500 - £20,000 per annum (depending on experience) and working hours will be 8:30am to 5pm
