Accounts Assistant in Swansea

This growing company is currently looking for an account assistant to provide support to the accountant in the business. This is a permanent full time position for an experienced accounts assistant.
The accounts assistant will work closely with everyone in the accounts team, the role specifically will support the sales and purchase ledger. Reporting to the management account the varied role will offer experience in all areas of the accounting process.
The successful applicant will be responsible for raising sales invoices, processing purchase invoices, generating and posting supplier payments, working with the Sales Department in preparing sales invoices, assisting Management Accountant as required.
You must have basic understanding of accounts processes come with at least 1 years' experience working within a Finance Department, experience in using all Microsoft Package, experience of using an Accounting IT System is advantageous but not essential. Excellent oral and written communications skills, organised and able to multi-task with excellent attention to detail, you must be a self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
You will get the chance to work for a well established business who are growing rapidly atm. Permanent position with onsite parking. With a salary depending on experience paying up to £22,000.
