An exciting opportunity has arisen with an award winning business who are the Uk's largest in their field, this company is based in Swansea with 30 years trading behind them. Seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Assistant to join their small and friendly team.
This vacancy is an excellent permanent job opportunity to work for a well-known company, this opportunity has arisen due to company growth. This role is full time with working hours 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday
You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR service, with all round generalist duties. As the HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR function, as well as assisting with disciplinaries, grievance and attendance. Other duties will include generating reports, assisting with payroll and providing a supporting service to HR projects. You will have full responsibility for Recruitment, including job advertising and interviewing.
You must have a HR background with transferable experience for this position. Ideally, candidates will be CIPD qualified/working towards or have relevant qualification. You will be self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will also be IT savvy with experience working with all Microsoft packages.
