My client based in Llansamlet are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Services Professional to lead and supervise a small team.
The company is going through a considerable period of growth and to maintain this, the customer services team will also be growing meaning you will be involved in forecasting and recruiting new team members when needed, aswell as managing the teams holidays and performance.
This role would really suit someone who is passionate and driven who wants an opportunity to join and grow with a company who operate within an interesting industry.
Alongside the management elements of the role, you will also be responsible for maintaining the companies excellent customer service standards by:
·Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
·Providing excellent product knowledge (training on this will be given).
·Processing customer orders effectively and in a timely manner.
·Working closely with the warehousing and finance departments.
The salary for this role is circa £18,000 per annum. Working hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday. This is a permanent role.
