To provide a quality service to the Firm's clients to meet the needs of the Commercial Property department and help it achieve its financial and other targets To self-manage as required so as to operate at optimum efficiency to ensure personal financial and other targets are met To build strong beneficial relationships with estate agents and other referrers of Commercial Property work to the firm

·To attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's Client Charter Service Delivery
·To work with colleagues to prioritise and complete the most urgent client work before other routine tasks
·Prepare correspondence and documents through the departments case management systems or as directed
·Draft routine letters and documents as requested
·Liaise with courts, barristers chambers, other solicitors and other bodies if required. To prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch
·To carry out e-filing of documents, in a timely way
·To complete office duties at the location as required
·Comply with the requirements of third parties such as CQS, SRA and various Lenders Compliance and Risk
·Comply with all office systems and procedures as stated in the Office Manual
·To open, close, archive and retrieve client files in accordance with firm procedures
·To maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
·To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm's and client documentation and information

You must be able to carry own caseload. You must have practical Work Experience in the Legal Sector Professionalism and courtesy with clients and colleagues Self-management, problem solving and initiative Flexibility IT literacy including audio typing and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook Team work Assertiveness Ability to prioritise workloads and work within deadlines Communication skills Ability to work under pressure Desired Experience Welsh speaking Experience using Ochresoft Intelliworks or similar workflow management system Experience using SOS Connect or a similar data management system Academic Experience in the Legal Sector preferably in the field of Property Law You may be requested to undertake other reasonable duties as they arise.
