My award-winning client is seeking a business Support person.
The role is to provide high quality and professional business support to the Commercial and Central Teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business and delivery of excellent customer service. You must be hard working, able to work at a fast pace and be enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills. This role is flexible on working hours and can be full or part time depending on the candidate.


·To provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to the Commercial team to ensure efficient delivery of services to customers
·Responsible for providing IT support to the Commercial team on internal systems. Liaising with providers as required.
·Setting up new customers on internal systems and preparation of relevant documentation
·Responsible for accurately updating and maintaining business critical data
·Implementing and maintaining procedures for office administrative systems
·Logging and monitoring of customer complaints, highlighting trends if required
·Distributing and monitoring customer surveys
·Be the first point of contact for Commercial customers, suppliers and visitors to the office
·Responsible for the day to day running of the office
·Ad hoc tasks as required

To be considered for this role you must have:

·Previous experience of working in a busy office providing professional administrative support
·Committed to provide excellent customer service and contributing to continuous improvement
·Highly organised and system driven with the ability to multi task
·Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
·Excellent IT knowledge and confident with IT systems
·Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
·Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
·Aware of confidentiality
·Act as an ambassador for the company
