Customer Service/Operations Assistant in Swansea

My client based in Swansea are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Administrator to join their small close-knit and friendly team.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be required to:
·Answer and handle as many incoming calls as possible
·Arrange all transportation of both outgoing and incoming stock including liaising with transport teams, customers and operations to ensure efficient process and minimise errors
·Responsible for Customer Service - take all queries or problems and ensure they are solved in satisfactory way
·Plan and book in after-sales appointments - including managing/organisation of offsite engineers
·Manage stationery supplies
·Book Palletways/TNT consignments
·Letters, quotes, completing trade supplier application forms etc as required by management
·Stock Management - record all incoming stock, upload onto system etc
·Banking - preparing paying-in slips, cross referencing incoming payments with invoices etc
·Carry out all sales invoicing (average of 4/5 per day) and purchase invoicing
·Process over-phone card payments
This is an exciting opportunity to become a Customer Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This role is a Monday - Friday role.
