Customer Service Administrator in Swansea

I am currently representing a client who is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Upper Killay.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within an exciting environment.


This is a Telephone based role so great communication skills and high attention to detail are vital.


The role will involve speaking to a wide range of customers in relation to housing issues and collating information to compile reports to be submitted to solicitors and surveyors.


The ideal candidate will have the following;

The ideal candidate will have experience in working within housing, legal or heavily regulated environments.


Shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm Sat/Sunday


£8.20 per hour + excellent commission and bonuses
