Work Wales are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to be based in the Swansea Area with an immediate start!

This is a permanent position.

Salary: £15,298.50 per annum

Full time hours

Roles & Responsibilities:-

·Provide administrative support to colleagues in the product department to include production of flash sale offers for various distribution channels
·Managing incoming calls and emails from flash sale partners
·Assist in building and loading packages into online internet systems
·Liaising regularly with suppliers regarding amendments to offers
·Processing Excel forms and spreadsheets on a daily basis
·Ensure all necessary work is completed in a timely manner for approved promotions for all channels

Key Skills Needed
·Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times and at all levels
·Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure to meet deadlines
·Numeracy and literacy skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
·Good copy writing skills and attention to detail
·Proactive and good use of initiative
·High level of organisational skills
·A team play who works well as part of a busy department
·Strong organisational skills
·Quick learner who can adapt to change easily
·Travel experience is desired
