Customer Service Administrator in Swansea

My client, who are a rapidly growing online retailer, based in Swansea are looking for a customer service administrator to join their fun and friendly team.
The role is a Full Time office based position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
As a customer service administrator you will be the first point of contact for customer service and this will include responding to emails and telephone enquiries on a daily basis. The role will also involve the timely processing of sales orders.
To be successful as a customer service administrator you will need:
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·To able to empathise, maintain professionalism, display patience and politeness within a sometimes pressurised environment
·Excellent written communication skills
Duties and responsibilities will include:
·Deliver customer service in line with 'best practice'. Ensure compliance to relevant policies
·Process customer orders whilst maintaining vigilance against fraudulent activity
·Process customer refunds or compensation, seeking guidance where necessary
·Provide point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with these through to a successful outcome
·Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
·Meeting with other team member and managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
