HR Manager in Swansea

My client based in Swansea and looking for an experienced HR manager to manage the day to day running of a busy HR department that provides support to staff based across Wales.
The ideal candidate will have experience in giving front-line HR advice and the ability to manage a heavy workload.
This role will work closely with other senior members of staff to ensure the Human Resources department supports to overall organisation strategy.
Some of the duties and responsibilities of this role are detailed below:
producing monthly and quarterly management information reports.
Line management of staff within the HR team, ensuring objectives are set, tasks complete and training needs identified and met.
You will be responsible for the management of the Learning and Development function, ensuring training needs are met and identified throughout the organisation.
Ongoing development of all HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they comply with current legislation.
Monitor absence and attrition levels.
Management of all employee relations matters throughout the Organisation; advising, supporting and training managers where appropriate.
