Work Wales is delighted to work with one of our most reputable companies within their respective industry to recruit a Customer Service Sales & Supply Chain Assistant Administrator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Sales & Supply Chain Assistant Administrator to work for our client based in Swansea who is the market leaders in their creative sector.

This role will work closely with the external sales team, internal sales, marketing, supply chain, 3rd party warehouse, and suppliers of imported product, transportation agents, production and finance. The role will involve processing orders for both our imported products produced in mainland Europe and our manufacture orders produced onsite. The roles also will involve organising the ordering of product from the suppliers and delivery either direct to the customer or via our 3rd party warehouse.

As part of the UK Customer Service team as a Customer Service Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively manage the customer contact via the telephone and email.
  • Processing daily orders displaying high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Managing and resolving customer queries via email and phone
  • manage complexity, solve problems and provide excellent customer service
  • Managing stock availability, delivery dates/status liaising with Production depot
  • Maximising sales orders
