Customer Service/Operations Assistant in Swansea

My client based in Swansea is looking for a organised and motivated candidate for a varied position in customer service/operations.
The role will be largely telephone based so you must be confident in speaking with customers over the telephone, and have excellent communication skills.
Along with dealing with all aspects of customer service, the operations side of the role will involve arranging transportation of the product, liaising with specialist delivery teams, route planning, logistics and creating job sheets.
This role will also involve monitoring stock levels, dealing with after service calls, and arranging training and scheduling trainers.
Adhoc administration duties may include invoicing, basic managing of the website, managing the database.
As you can tell, this is a busy and varied role which is pivotal within the business and so will need someone who is extremely organised and process driven.
