My client who are a close-knit and friendly team are looking for an office administration assistant to join them.

This role offers a great opportunity for varied and busy day and offers a really lovely working environment.

The role will involve:

  • All aspect of office coordination
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Allocating calls
  • Maintaining databases and making sure all calls are logged
  • Potentially some basic accounts - matching up invoices/data entry/coding

You must have excellent communication skills and a positive and can-do attitude.

Due to the location of the office you must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
