My client who are a close-knit and friendly team are looking for an office administration assistant to join them.
This role offers a great opportunity for varied and busy day and offers a really lovely working environment.
The role will involve:
- All aspect of office coordination
- Answering telephone calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Allocating calls
- Maintaining databases and making sure all calls are logged
- Potentially some basic accounts - matching up invoices/data entry/coding
You must have excellent communication skills and a positive and can-do attitude.
Due to the location of the office you must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
