Many of our clients have benefitted from the flexible ‘temp to perm’ contracts that Work Wales can offer. This aspect of our service, gives employers the opportunity to trail a candidate in a temporary position which, longer term, could become permanent. If a worker is already performing well in a temporary position, it then becomes easy for the employer to appoint him or her to a permanent role without having to go through the whole recruitment, screening and probationary process all over again.
Seasonal Work
